We take great pride in the quality of our curated collections and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your items in accordance with the conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving your goods. However, at Legacy London, we extend this period to thirty (30) days to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a successful return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, pristine condition.

  • The item must show no signs of wear, marks, or usage.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements, as permitted by law.

3. The Return Process

Please contact our support team before sending any items back so we can provide you with the correct return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience delays in processing. Unless the item is damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or a full contract cancellation is made within the statutory 14-day period.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please include clear photographs of the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue swiftly with a replacement or a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or bespoke reasons:

  • Items where the hygiene seal has been broken or tags have been removed.

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Items purchased on final clearance.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled; however, you may return the item following our standard return procedure once it arrives.
